Keeping Your Skin and Hair Radiant Naturally

I’m 24 years old & I really want to keep my skin in good condition & age naturally. I have combination skin, I break out occasionally on my chin (never badly, just a spot here & there) & I do have some visible pores near my nose.

My daily skincare regimen looks something like this.
Morning-
1) Cleanse with Burt’s bees chamomile & soap bark cleanser in the shower
2) Tone with some witch hazel on a cotton pad
3) Apply a moisturiser with spf 15+ (Natio)
4) Apply a lifting eye cream (Natio)

Night
1) Remove makeup with sorbelene lotion & cotton
2) Cleanse
3) Tone
4) Apply kosmea serum to dry areas
5) Night cream & eye cream

Once a month or so I also give myself an at home facial which consists of a double cleanse, steam, toning, a purifying organic mud mask, exfoliation, serum & an anti aging night cream & eye cream.

I know It sounds like I’m being a bit anal but I take pride in my appearance & I would like to age as well as possible without surgery. I don’t use anything tested on animals & I try to use the most natural products available. I also drink 2.5-3 litres of water a day & don’t smoke.

Does it sound like I am taking care of my skin & is there anything else I can do that will help?

Your diet plays a large role aswel
Eat plenty of oily fish, nuts. Use olive oil in salads pastas, and cooking, try and eat your quota of 5 veg and fruit per day.
certain "Super-foods" apparently work better than others, with regards to anti-oxidants, such as plums,blueberries, grape juice, green tea

    Uh seems like youre doing a lot for your skin. But don’t overdo it because if you wash/clease and/or use too many products you can actually damage your skin. Same as changing products. I just wash my face in the shower and put oil-free lotion on. That’s about it. Maybe I should do more though. I also smoke (yuck I’m actually trying to quit starting today) and dont drink enough water by far. Souds like youre doing a fine job.

    Yah! It sounds like you really taking good care of your skin, considering that you are still young. But it seems that you use a lot of different kinds/brands of moisturizer, maybe its better if you use the same brand for all your creams, so that you can easily see the results without confusing what brand that makes your skin looks beautiful. And most importantly, do not over do it, because it might damage or ruin your young skin. Try to make it simple!!!

    yeah sounds like a really good regime.
    Heres mine ( i have combination skin, which can get spotty around chin area)

    Morning:
    *Wash with garnier face wash + water. Splash with cold water.
    *Afterwards wipe over clean & clear cleansing toner with cotton wool, especially on spot prone areas.
    * Apply no7 protect and perfect beauty serum to face and eye areas
    * Apply palmers cocoa butter as a moisturiser, or garnier SPF 15 moistureiser.

    Nighttime:
    *Remove makeup in the shower using St Ives Apricot Scrub
    *Use toner to remove any stubborn makeup and to cover spot prone areas.
    * Apply sudocrem to spots to dry them out
    * Apply No7 protect & perfect serum
    * Apply palmers cocoa butter

    Few times a month steam face for 6 minutes each time, then splash with cool water

    Few times a week, use Origins Modern Friction Microdermabrasion scrub to remove dead skin and brighten face.

    I drink approx 6 cups of green tea per day alongside about 3-4 pints of warm water.
